Open the Start menu on Windows 11.

Search for “regedit” and open Registry Editor.

Follow this path: HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerStuckRects3.

You’ll see a Value Data screen pop up.

In the second row and sixth column, you’ll see the 03 value. Press the delete key.

Replace the 03 value with 01 to move the Windows 11 taskbar to the top of your screen.

Change 03 to 02 for a right-side taskbar.

Change 03 to 00 to move the taskbar to the left.

Press Ok when done.

Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard.

Enter the Task Manager.

Extract the ZIP file in a folder and access that folder

Now open the Windows Terminal as administrator. After that, open an elevated Command Prompt or PowerShell in that window

Paste the path of ViveTool that you copied in step 3

Continue the command for the new search button by adding the enable argument and an id argument required for the search button. For example, if you want a search variant with Search the web label, the command would be:

ViVeTool.exe /enable /id:39263329 /variant:5

When the command is executed successfully, you will see a Successfully set feature configuration(s) message. Now you can close the Windows Terminal.

Sign out and sign in to your Windows 11 system and the new search button will be visible on the taskbar. If you don’t see any change, then you must restart your PC.

You can also change the search button with the other two variants. The command is almost the same. The only difference is the variant. The commands to add a search button with a magnifier and a globe inside and a search button with a Search label are as follows:

Remove the new Taskbar Search button in Windows 11

You don’t need to worry about the variant number (used to enable the new search box) in the disable command. After successfully executing the command, restart your PC.

Now, instead of pressing the Enter, just press ‘CTRL+Enter’ so that the result is applied to all the selected cells in a single shot. This way we can avoid changing the formula for every cell.

We all know that 24 hours system is being used by Excel. The main tricky part used here to solve the hash errors is adding the logical operation. By doing so we have overcome the negative result as “TRUE” is treated as “1” and “FALSE” is treated as “0”. Finally, the time difference does not show the negative values and else no hash errors anymore.

So, before proceeding, it is good to backup Windows Registry or simply create a system restore point so that any unwelcomed or unexpected changes can be undone easily. Go to the Shell key available under the main or root Registry key. The path is:

Leave the SubCommands String Value as it is. You don’t have to set its Value data.

Come back to the HideTaskbar Registry key and create a shell key under it.

In the 001flyout Registry key, create a command name sub-key. A Default name String Value will be created for that sub-key automatically. You don’t have to create it. Open the Edit String box of Default String Value and add the following data to the Value data:

Now, come back to the shell sub-key which is present under the HideTaskbar key. This time, create a 002flyout name sub-key inside the shell key. On the right-hand section of 002flyout, create a DWORD value and a String value with the names CommandFlags and MUIVerb.

Color spaces

Monitors can only replicate so many colors with the technology they have onboard. That selection of colors makes up what’s called a colorspace and support varies from model to model. You’ll often find high-end models referring to the P3 color space, which is great, but also probably a bit overkill specifically for photo editors. When you’re looking for a monitor, you want it to cover as much of the sRGB and AdobeRGB colorspaces as possible so they can accurately show your images how they were meant to be seen.
