What is AI copywriting?AI copywriting is the process of using natural language processing software combined with machine learning capabilities to generate content for blog posts, social media, emails, scripts, and much more. Content written by AI copywriters is meant to sound like a human wrote it, but making it takes only a fraction of the time.
Who can benefit from AI copywriting? That’s like asking, “Who can benefit from saving time and money?”
But first, let’s address the elephant in the room: AI isn’t stealing our jobs. I’ve seen tons of chatter from other writers worried ChatGPT and other natural language model copywriters will render us all obsolete.
Kaleigh Moore sums up the truth well:
Another day, another post from a scared freelance writer who’s worried AI/ChatGPT will eat their lunch.
— Kaleigh Moore (@kaleighf) March 9, 2023
Creating and using tools is how humankind evolved, from prehistoric stone knives to the horse and buggy and now, microchips and computer software.
You are a human. AI is a tool. Use it and evolve.
But… how? We’re all learning as we go, but here are a few examples of how AI can help you work smarter, not harder.
Marketers and social media managersAI copywriters can’t create your marketing strategy from scratch, but they can:
Suggest KPIs to track, hashtag ideas, and more.
List social media goals for your next campaign.
Generate summaries and excerpts for web content, internal strategy documents, and more.
Brainstorm social media post ideas.
Conduct user research and surveys via chatbots.
Letting an AI chatbot take over audience research could save you 20 hours per week — based on the average marketer spending 48% of their time collecting and analyzing market research data.
Source: Marketing Trends
We already know that to be true, with our very own AI chatbot Heyday automating up to 90% of support tasks while costing our clients 25% less, and — most importantly — keeping a near 100% customer satisfaction rate.
Intrigued? Learn all the benefits of using AI chatbots for business.
WritersLet AI serve as your assistant so you can focus on why people pay you instead of a robot: Your unique voice and writing style.
Use AI to:
Generate ideas and inspiration, ad copy variations for A/B testing, SEO keywords, or even a basic outline.
Get something on the page to beat writer’s block.
Brainstorm title or heading options.
Translate content into multiple languages.
Business ownersYou already wear many hats, so let AI take some of the pressure off.
AI copywriters can save business owners time by:
Drafting web and social media content so you only have to tweak it instead of writing from scratch.
Drafting email replies.
Summarizing meetings and sending the notes out to your team.
RetailersWhether you’re a mall anchor or starting a new ecommerce side hustle, AI copywriting can dramatically boost your productivity by:
Taking care of customer service and sales via chatbot.
Drafting product listings, ad copy, emails, and more.
Best practices for AI copywriting Fact check everythingA recent study used ChatGPT to write abstracts for scientific papers and found that expert reviewers — actual scientists who review research for a living — could only identify 68% of the fake ChatGPT-generated abstracts.
If you’re using these tools, the onus is on you to ensure the accuracy of your content.
While your marketing copy isn’t as crucial to human survival as the validity of scientific discoveries, it’s still important to have a proper fact checking process. AI copywriting tools can save you a lot of time, but letting false information slip by could do irreparable damage to your reputation and credibility.
Be aware of AI’s limitationsThe term “artificial intelligence” can be misleading. AI tools don’t actually think to generate new ideas about the world, as we humans can. They can only synthesize information they’re given, or have previously received, to solve the question (or “prompt”) they’re currently tasked with.
In short, an AI is only as “intelligent” as the algorithm it’s based on.
For example, a study measuring the accuracy of an app designed to identify cancerous skin lesions found that the AI could not reliably tell the difference between actual lesions and common flaws in digital photos, such as overexposure.
AI copy tools can save you tons of time in idea generation or getting a rough draft started, but they can’t “see the forest for the trees,” as the old saying goes. AI can absolutely help you, but leave the big picture thinking to humans.
Edit AI copyAI-generated content is far from a finished product, even if it looks like one.
For example, I asked ChatGPT to write a paragraph about my favorite dog breed. It gave me this:
Source: ChatGPT
Sounds fine, right? But I ran the paragraph through a free online plagiarism checker:
Source: Grammarly
Yikes. Using that content as-is could jeopardize your reputation and cause significant legal issues for your business. Plus, let’s face it, it’s lazy.
Using AI copywriting tools to inspire and inform your work? Smart.
Using AI copywriters to do your work for you and pass it off as 100% original? Not cool.
What’s the solution? Even ten minutes of editing can eliminate any plagiarism or brand voice concerns:
Doberman Pinschers, named after founder Karl Dobermann, are intelligent, loyal, courageous, and as any Dobie owner will tell you, highly affectionate. They have a black or brown coat with rust markings and a sleek, muscular body. They’re classified as a medium-to-large dog, yet mysteriously expand at night to cover an entire king-size bed. Their natural protective instincts often lead to careers as police and military dogs, but they also thrive as family pets as long as their needs for lots of exercise and daily belly rubs are met.
Much better (besides my grammar):
Source: Grammarly
Do the creative work yourselfUse AI copywriters for inspiration, but don’t rely on them to fill up your content calendar.
For example, I asked chúng tôi to give me some blog topic ideas:
Source: Copy.ai
I wouldn’t want to use any of those generic titles as-is, but this list is great to spur some topic ideas, like number 4 about trends. Though I’d rename it to, oh I don’t know, “The 11 Most Important Social Media Trends for 2023.”
Relying on AI copywriters to do too much of the thinking isn’t as efficient as it seems at first. Soon enough your audience will think your content suddenly sounds like every other company in your space, or isn’t quite what they’re looking for anymore. The world’s most powerful AI still can’t replace the relationship-building power of your (comparatively) puny human brain.
Though not the first AI copywriting tool ever made, ChatGPT is one of the most recognizable after it sent the internet into a tizzy after its viral launch in November 2023.
Source: ChatGPT
ChatGPT’s familiar, chat-style interface is easy for anyone to start using right away, even if you’ve never heard of generative AI software before. The sophistication of ChatGPT’s interactions is what’s gathered so much attention over the last six months. Not only can it understand what you’re asking it — known as “natural language processing” — but it also remembers the history of your conversation and adjusts its responses accordingly, instead of being a “one-hit wonder” where each new question you ask is like your first interaction.
PricingChatGPT offers a free tier and ChatGPT Plus for $20 USD/month.
Response speed was the main difference between the accounts until March 14, 2023 with the release of ChatGPT-4, which is currently only available to Plus customers.
Who is ChatGPT for?ChatGPT is highly versatile, but is especially well-suited to content marketers wanting to scale up production of articles, reports, or other ongoing publishing needs. OpenAI says GPT-4 “exhibits human-level performance” in many scenarios, including passing the bar exam.

One of the best use cases for AI copywriting is to improve localization via content translation. DeepL uses AI to efficiently translate your content while keeping its meaning and nuance. Of course, at a fraction of the cost of hiring human translators.
That said, just like with content generated from scratch, you’ll want to have someone check it over to make sure it’s an accurate translation. Not only for readability, but also to avoid any potential legal and/or public relations disasters if your translated copy doesn’t quite match up to your original, for example.
Source: DeepL
PricingYou can translate up to 3 documents and 3,000 characters for free. The Pro plan, which ranges from $8 to $57 USD/month, gets you unlimited translations and more.
Who is DeepL for?DeepL can be used on any kind of document, so it’s perfect for businesses expanding to new regions. Large companies also benefit from the cost savings at scale of only needing translators to edit DeepL’s output.
AI copywriting FAQs What is an AI copywriter? An AI copywriter is a term that refers to copywriting software generates articles, landing pages, website copy, social media posts, and more based on prompts and instructions you give it. AI copywriters use machine learning algorithms to produce human-sounding content at scale.
Is AI replacing copywriting?AI copywriters aren’t replacing real human content writers. Smart marketers use AI copywriting software to take care of smaller tasks, including idea generation and researching, so they can focus on what really matters: Writing engaging content. Any copy generated by AI still needs a human to edit it for style, substance, and factual accuracy.
Which AI tool is best for content writing? The best AI copywriting software for you depends on your writing process and goals. Some AI copywriters excel at content repurposing, or adding SEO keywords in a natural-sounding way, and others produce on-brand drafts that only need a bit of editing before publishing. First, decide which part of your process to automate, then seek out the best AI copywriting tool for the job.

It’s dangerous to connect to free Wi-Fi, even when using your personal laptop, smartphone, or tablet. Hackers are always looking for their next target.
If the public wireless network you’re trying to use isn’t protected with a password, then it will expose your to security vulnerabilities, such as man-in-the-middle attacks.
That’s where encryption comes into play. You can take the necessary precautions to defend your computer from account hijackers and identity thieves using security solutions.
A VPN service creates a secure tunnel between your unprotected wireless network and the Internet to encrypt all data that passes through. It’s one of the best and easiest ways to protect your online privacy and computer security.
But you shouldn’t use a free VPN service because it has limited functionality and a low server count. Besides, most free VPNs are ad-supported, exposing yourself to malware risks. Some even monitor and sell your data.
Instead, turn to a reliable, paid VPN service like Private Internet Access. It offers 256-bit military-grade encryption through the OpenVPN protocol. Or you can switch to WireGuard to experience a faster Internet connection.
Here’s what you get with PIA:
Kill switch
Private DNS servers
PIA MACE (malware blocker)
No logs or leaks
24/7 live chat support
30-day money-back guarantee (no free trial)
Private Internet Access

Out of all the virtual private network solutions we tested, we think that Private Internet Access is the safest VPN for hotel Wi-Fi.
The next best thing to using a VPN is Tor. It’s a completely free and super-secure anonymity network maintained by a huge community of privacy-concerned individuals.
Tor was specially built as an anti-censorship tool for people living in countries with severe government policies that restrict Internet access.
But Tor is also one of the best ways to protect yourself on free Wi-Fi using multiple layers of encryption.
All you have to do is download the Tor Browser and use it instead of your regular browser when connecting to public hotspots.
HTTP websites don’t have SSL certificates, so they create security loopholes.
A cyber-criminal could intercept your connection, set itself in the middle of your PC and the remote server, and steal your email credentials or credit card info.
It’s essential to visit only HTTPS websites because they provide end-to-end encryption. It’s one of the best ways to protect your PC over public Wi-Fi.
Some web browsers have an HTTPS only mode, such as Firefox, so make sure to explore browser settings and turn on that feature.
Otherwise, you can set up extensions that force your web browsers to always load HTTPS pages. We suggest using HTTPS Everywhere.
We’re not saying that Gmail, iCloud Mail or Yandex Mail aren’t secure. But you can do better when it comes to using encryption tools over free Wi-Fi.
ProtonMail is an excellent example. It’s a highly secure email service based in Switzerland, which uses end-to-end encryption to make your emails anonymous.
Here’s what you get from ProtonMail:
No logs: zero access to your data
Open-source cryptography: AES, RSA, OpenPGP
Full disk encryption for storing your data
Self-destructing emails
ProtonMail
Make your emails anonymous when connecting to free Wi-Fi to protect your data from hacker interceptions.

We think that ProtonMail is the best email service with encryption.
Expert tip:
If you’re one of them, check out Signal. It’s a free instant messenger that uses military-grade encryption to secure your data, even over free, unprotected Wi-Fi.
We believe that Signal is the top messaging tool that uses encryption. And, if you need more convincing, you should know that the service is backed by Edward Snowden.
You probably don’t need to hear again how important it is to secure your device with a powerful anti-malware service. So we’re going to skip that part.
What you may not know is that a few antivirus solutions feature Wi-Fi protection to keep you safe when connecting to public wireless networks.
Bitdefender stands out in the crowd. It has a special feature called Wi-Fi Security Advisor, which exposes network vulnerabilities and tells you if it’s safe to connect.
Bitdefender has numerous benefits against hackers, including anti-ransomware, an integrated password manager, webcam protection, and an Internet filter.

52% of people reuse the same password across multiple accounts, and only 24% use a password manager, according to an online security survey conducted by Google.
Using a password manager to keep track of all your passwords is essential. Especially if you must often connect to free Wi-Fi.
It stores all those long and elaborate keys in a single place so that you just have to remember a single password to access the manager.
LastPass is arguably the best in the business. It has a free version with plenty of features for most casual users.
Here’s what you can expect from LastPass:
Keep track of passwords, credit card data, and other info
Multi-factor authentication
Random password generator
Free, Family, and Premium versions

Assuming that hackers breach your computer’s security defenses, it’s important to prepare yourself by encrypting all important files on your PC: photos, work documents, videos, and so on.
You might be surprised by what we recommend using in this case: WinZip. In addition to compressing files and extracting data from archives, the tool supports bank-level encryption.
Furthermore, WinZip integrates with cloud services like Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive, making it an excellent ally for encrypted file sharing.

ConclusionTo summarize, you can ensure your computer’s security when connecting to public Wi-Fi and seeing the Other people might see info you send over this network message using dedicated tools.
We recommend arming your device with a premium VPN service, a secure web browser, an HTTPS enforcer, as well as an encrypted email service and messaging tool.
But you should also get a powerful antivirus with Wi-Fi protection, a password manager, and a file encryption progam.

How To Use New Bing Ai With Chatgpt
UPDATED 5/17/2023: It’s easy to start using the new Bing Chat AI with ChatGPT, and in this guide, you will learn how. Bing Chat is an experience that combines the Microsoft search engine with a custom version of the ChatGPT chatbot from OpenAI to provide more human conversational answers rather than a list of links on a page that may or may not contain the correct information.
Also, unlike traditional search, the new Bing Chat (and similar chatbots) can answer complex questions, perform different tasks, and you can interact with it knowing that it’ll understand the context. However, it’s important to note that no matter how you use the chatbot, you should never blindly rely on the answers since there will always be problems with accuracy and mistakes.
This guide will teach you the basics to start using the Bing AI experience on Windows 11, 10, macOS, or Linux. You can now also use the chatbot on mobile through the Microsoft Edge, Bing, and SwiftKey apps for Android and iOS. (You can now use Bard, which is the new Google chatbot to compete with Bing.)
How to chat with Bing AI powered by ChatGPTTo use the new Bing AI with ChatGPT:
Quick note: You can use other browsers like Chrome or Firefox, but you will have to
You can use other browsers like Chrome or Firefox, but you will have to use one of these workarounds
Second, type the search query as you would typically ask a question to another person. (If you enter a regular query with keywords, you will probably not see an answer from Bing AI. For example, don’t try something like “install Windows 11.” Instead, enter a real question like “What do I need to do to install Windows 11 on my computer.)
Quick tip: You can use the thumb up or down to rate the answer to help the development team to improve the service.
As you open the Chat, the experience will transition to the chatbot page. You will quickly notice that this is different from your typical search experience. (It’s like chatting with another person in WhatsApp, Teams, or Slack.)
The default conversation style for the chatbot will be set to “Balanced,” allowing Bing to respond more neutrally, meaning it will try not to take sides on a specific topic. However, you can change the tone to “Creative,” which will generate more playful and original responses, or to “Precise,” to generate the most accurate response with more facts.
The ChatGPT version of Bing is content-aware, meaning the AI will remember your previous searches, so you can ask follow-up questions without starting over. In this experience, you can ask questions of up to 2000 characters.
When asking a question, the Bing AI will answer accordingly, usually in bullet points or numbered steps. Depending on the answer, you will notice citations with links for the source of the data. In the answer, the citations appear with numbers next to specific keywords, but you can view the sources in the “Learn more” footnotes. Also, in the answer, you can hover over the text to show the source for that specific portion of the response.
Bing Chat can also create images based on a description when using the “Creative” style. For example, you can ask to create an image of a bear drinking coffee, and the chatbot will generate an original image using AI.
And that’s how you use Bing AI with ChatGPT, and as you can see, it’s different from the traditional search. Of course, it’s up to you to interact with the chatbot to get the most out of it.
In addition to getting text-based answers, the Bing chatbot can now create images based on text input.
The only caveat is that the service is currently limited, meaning you can only perform up to 20 queries per session and up to 200 sessions per day. When using the chat, at the bottom-right corner of the response, you will notice the number of queries you asked and the remaining queries for the specific topic.
You can also check this guide to learn more about the difference between the version of ChatGPT in Bing AI and OpenAI.
Update May 4, 2023: The new Bing Chat experience is now open for everyone as a public preview. Although you no longer need to sign up to join the waitlist, you still have to sign in with your Microsoft account to access the experience.
Update May 16, 2023: This guide has been updated to reflect that the chatbot now offers a list of recent activities and has the ability to create images.
Update May 17, 2023: Microsoft is no longer requiring users to sign in with their account to access the Bing Chat experience, but the service will be limited to five chats per session.
Using Chatgpt To Create Prompts For Ai Art
There are so many great resources available on the internet about creating prompts, some even try to sell you their prompts – don’t fall into that trap. You don’t need to buy prompts when there is so much freely available information out there.
I saw this amazing technique for Nick who documented his whole process in his twitter thread. He also plans to share more on his Youtube channel so make sure you follow and subscribe to him on his socials. This post would not be possible without his great work.
What do you need?In order to be able to follow the below and create your own series of prompts you need to have access to:
Midjourney – AI Art creation tool run via Discord. You can subscribe to their service but if you are new you’ll get some free credits. If you need to know how to get started here check out this blog “Midjourney – start your journey”
Discord – you need a free account to be able to use Midjourney
ChatGPT – of course you need access to ChatGPT for this.
Note: By the time this post was published Midjourney released its v5 model for AI image creation. Below Images are all generated using v4 model but the prompts will work on v5 as well.
Nick’s ProcessFirstly he uses ChatGPT and asks it to create:
Nick explains that Additive Prompting is dynamic & modular by design, so it works well in the table format. If you’re after something specific, let ChatGPT know at the end of your prompt. For example… …10 rows of data where: Composition = “Editorial Style Photo” Room Type = “Living Room”
You can simply copy the rows or ask ChatGPT will to go a step further, Nick explains: You can copy & paste any row into Midjourney and it’ll work great. Or, you can send a follow-up request and ask: “Please write each row as a comma-separated sentence. Append each sentence with –ar 16:9”
There you go, infinite images with a good Additive Prompt structure and ChatGPT hack. If you want new data, just ask for “10 more rows of data” Now that you have a strong foundation to build off, you can tweak and edit the outputs to whatever you’d like.
